Update: jacked it up and checked all 4 wheel bearings looks good to me but driver’s rear is noisy when I turned it. I am thinking rear drum since the parking brake was sticky after I parked it but that is often the case on rainy days but it usually just pops off when I roll. Maybe it left something behind.
It is not linked to engine rev but is linked to road speed. Turning the wheel doesn’t change the sound. Sound is the same driving on tar or dirt. Sound goes away under 20mph.

Mybe but it doesn’t sound like any other wheel bearing failing that I’ve ever heard.

Could be. I did hit a sizable grouse the other day.

Bad CV’s could be described as a whirring noise. Rears would be least affected by the wheels being turned, but don’t rule out the fronts.

It’s the sub-luminal-drive drive hamster in its cage. At low speed, the reserve power waffles are enough that the hamster doesn’t cut in.
In seriousness could be something like a joint on your front driveshaft.

1. Caliper slide seized causing the pad to rub on the rotor.
2. Crap in the brake.
Pull the brake parts off, then spin the wheel, see if the noise still exists. If so, wheel bearing. If not, brake related.

It is both driver’s side wheel bearings.
I took the rear drums apart and the driver’s wheel cylinder wasn’t retracting. Trying to get it to retract it started leaking and that caused the friction material to debond from a shoe. Then I replaced the wheel cylinder and all 4 shoes.
